Ok so, as a Cape Town born and bred young lady, a passion for wine is pretty normal.
An inability to use a corkscrew? Not so much. Stumbled upon THIS awesome video of an alternative way to open your bottle of wine. (I know it’s in French, but it’s pretty self explanatory anyway)

I remember at Rocking the Daisies, we drunkenly tried to open a bottle of wine by smashing the top part against a rock. Lost half the wine. I think Kate might’ve even cried. We really wanted that wine.

Wow what a great method, some corks are so damn stubborn I get like a workout just trying to open the thing, makes me feel even more deserving of the wine though
calories out calories in kinda thing. Wonder if any shoe will work hmmm.
